The Methodist Church needed to provide private indoor accommodation for all their 2000 guests at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC).
Our team of 24 not only pitched the tents, mats and sleeping bags, but directed external suppliers for accessibility equipment and mattress beds, under incredibly tight, contractual timings.
Over multiple years we have successfully accommodated all attendees, meeting the event’s unique requirements. The Methodist Church continues to hire our services due to your ability to deliver at scale within tight timelines.

Build: 19 hours / 50s per tent
Break: 9 hours / 25s per tent
The delivery included:
Detailed floor plans and mini ‘villages’
Rapid build/break due to the contractual times
Use of P4U’s patent-pending concertina-tents
Development of indoor pitching methods
Additional Services: Sleeping bags, roll mats, and mattress beds. Tents were arranged in regional zones called “mini-villages” for easier navigation.
